“We’re all about making things easy for our customers,” Bryan Datema, senior director of business development of Concrete Mixers for McNeilus and London. “That’s why we’re offering FLEX Controls in multiple packages, each focused on solving real issues in ways that can help control the total cost of ownership.”

FLEX Controls™ Enabled Packages

With FLEX Controls Enabled Packages, McNeilus now offers six ways to help improve loading, mixing and delivering concrete. These packages were born out of customer-driven innovations and are engineered for precision and to help minimize variability. Pick the package that best supports your goals:

  • Awareness: Integrate cameras and radars into a single screen, minimizing clutter and distractions so drivers can pay attention to the road.
  • Mix Quality: Easily modify concrete mix to meet or maintain desired specifications, helping reduce costly rejected loads and tear-outs.
  • Grademaster: Automate drum speed and detect buildup to help reduce spills and costs.
  • Fuel Saver: Ensure your mixer operates fuel-efficiently while meeting mix quality requirements.
  • Drum Saver: Help extend drum life by optimizing drum spin and determining when maintenance is required to remove buildup.
  • Time Saver: Optimize operator time while washing out and loading mixer.

Not sure which is right for you? An interactive savings estimator provides a recommendation on which of the six packages can make the most significant impact on the business.
